 Zac Efron is 24 years old, single (aside fromthose Lily Collins rumors), and has every right to live the bachelor lifestyle. So why is he looking for a new house with … his little brother?

Zac was spotted browsing properties for sale with adorable Dylan Efron in Beverly Hills on August 19, and Splash News reports that the boyish pair were looking for houses in the $6.5 million range. 

Dylan is only 20 years old, so maybe Zac feels the need to look after his little bro. Or maybe he’s just not ready to live in a huge, pricey mansion all by himself. Then again, Dylan could have just been tagging along while Zac searches for his dream pad.

Either way, we certainly wouldn’t mind an invite to the housewarming party!
